Fun, no-churn Cookie Monster Ice Cream loaded with cookies and perfect for parties or family nights. Easy to make and impossible to resist!
Ingredients
2¼ cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon blue food coloring (gel or liquid)
1 cup crushed Oreos
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup white chocolate chips
Optional: Cookie Crisp cereal, mini Chips Ahoy, edible cookie dough, sprinkles
Instructions
Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer until soft peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and blue food coloring gently until the mixture is smooth and fully colored.
Add the crushed Oreos and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping. Enjoy in cones, cups, or cookie sandwiches.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for bolder color without thinning the mixture.
For softer texture, let the ice cream sit out a few minutes before serving.
