Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, melted butter, and salt until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut out biscuits using a cutter or glass.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden on top.
- Brush with melted butter while warm for extra flavor.
